Moses parted the sea, Noah built the ark, and we sold our house. We were able to sell it for what we owed. We feel so lucky/blessed. Everything is finalized and they move in tomorrow. Woohoo!!

This IS a miracle. You got what you owed on it??? Honestly, the same house as ours is selling for $220k there, and we paid $292k! (Glad we're long gone!) I am amazed that you were able to come away even. Hooray for that! I'm sure that's a HUGE relief.
